Role Summary: Build and lead the software systems that keep athenahealth’s integration platform reliable, scalable, and ready for growth. Based in Boston, MA as a hybrid role, this position combines hands-on technical leadership with architecture, delivery, and team mentorship to support secure and efficient healthcare data exchange. The role partners across engineering, product, operations, and security to improve platform performance, developer productivity, and operational resilience. This position reports to the Senior Engineering Manager. Team Summary: The Integration Platform team provides a secure, reliable, and developer-friendly foundation for real-time and batch data exchange across athenahealth systems, customers, and partners.
