JOB TITLE: Interior Designer ( The Johnson Studio) JOB SUMMARY: The Interior Designer works closely with the project's design team from concept to completion. In collaboration with the Project Team, the Interior Designer is responsible for client presentations, and the production of complete, accurate and well-coordinated documents that are in accordance with The Johnson Studio at Cooper Carry standards to be on time and budget. The Interior Designer works on complex projects and often multiple projects simultaneously. QUALIFICATIONS: - Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: - Work as part of a design team to meet project deadlines, construction and FF&A budget targets, and highest design quality standards. - Represent the interiors team at client presentations to understand client concept and accurately relay that to the design team - Establish and maintain effective client relationship for duration of project - Assist the Project Lead in establishing the project FF&A budget and program development. - Make design and documentation decisions using discretion and good judgement. - Develop and document design millwork details, finishes, material...
