Primary Scheduled Hours: Days, 80 hours per pay period Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition & Compensation Specialist leads full-cycle recruitment and onboarding efforts for the hospital while administering compensation structures and supporting employment compliance activities. This role is critical for attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent while ensuring pay practices are fair, competitive, and aligned with organizational values. This position partners closely with hiring managers to attract and integrate qualified clinical and non-clinical talent, with intentional attention to candidate experience and cultural alignment. The Specialist administers compensation processes, supports job evaluation and salary placement, and ensures that recruiting and pay practices reflect the organization's commitment to equity, transparency, and long-term workforce success.
