Join us as a Commercial Performance Lead - Lending - NatWest Boxed Joining as a Commercial Performance Lead in our Commercial Strategy team, you will be instrumental in enabling profitable growth for the unsecured personal lending (UPL) business of NatWest Boxed. This is a high impact, hands-on role that will be owning the identification and execution of holistic growth initiatives for our UPL product. You will be working with clients, channel partners, Pricing, Credit and Product, being the driving force behind our growth Joining a collaborative and friendly team, you’ll have the opportunity to broaden your network and relationships as you work closely with key areas of the business What you'll do: As a Commercial Performance Lead, you’ll be working closely with our clients and aggregator partners to identify success factors, pain points and growth opportunities.
