Job Details: PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Coordinate prescription workflow and related activities to meet daily deadlines; - Ensure workload is shared equitably among associates, including those in other teams; - Coach and mentor their team members; - Actively contribute to the successful on-boarding of new hires and cross-training of existing associates; - Collaborate with other pharmacy associates to achieve desired results; - Ensure team monitors outgoing shipments to ensure delivery occurred within desired time frame; - Consult regularly with Pharmacy Manager, Pharmacists and other pharmacy program management; - Resolve or escalate operational and customer issues through a solution-based approach; - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of, and documentation on, the drugs/programs assigned to their t...
