Exemption Status: Exempt AFSCME Scale: UB Grade 22-23 https://www.ccboe.com/careers/salary-scales Starting Salary Range: $90,348 - $147,394, determined by years of relevant experience. OVERVIEW: Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), the position administers certain employee services programs and initiatives that support hiring, orientation and onboarding, performance management, coaching and counseling, discipline and grievances, accommodations, unemployment, and employee assistance. EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, AND WORK EXPERIENCE: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required, Master’s degree preferred. - Minimum of five (5) years of successful supervisory experience in human resources. - SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional () credential or Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential preferred. - Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. - Experience with public school policies, procedures, practices, and guidelines. - Proficient in the use of business software applications, including Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. - Knowledge of methods of planning, d...
