D365 CE & Power Platform Consultant Department: Biz Apps - CE: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Dublin: Description: We are seeking an experienced D365 CE & Power Platform Technical Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide application support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions and the wider Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). This role involves working closely with business users, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth system operations, timely resolution of incidents, and the ongoing optimization of CRM and Power Platform solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot issues related to Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service). - Support and maintain Power Platform solutions including Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI reports, and Dataverse. - Configuration and customisation of Dynamics 365 CE. - Manage and coordinate system upgrades, Wave updates, and patch deployments, ensuring operational continuity and minimal disruption. - Experience with solution lifecycle managem...
