Responsibilities must be performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Essential Functions: Practice, support, and promote Thunder Valley Casino Resort’s “ELITE” company-wide service mission and demonstrate AAA Four Diamond service standards at all times. Deliver food orders following the sequence of service. Monitor Guest needs ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled in their function assignment. Participate as a Team Member with staff in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation that meets the highest standards of customer service. Assist with event preparation, set up, and closing, including, but not limited to setting up and packing away tables, table cloths and place settings, and buffets.
