The Role The Sales & Move-In Coordinator is responsible for supporting the full prospect-to-resident journey—from initial inquiry through successful move-in—while enabling the Sales team to achieve occupancy goals across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. This role combines lead management, administrative coordination, and move-in execution, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience for prospective residents and their families. The Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining CRM integrity, supporting sales conversion, and ensuring apartments and residents are fully prepared for move-in. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Sales Support & Lead Management: - Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound inquiries (phone, web, walk-ins). - Enter and maintain all prospect data in the CRM system with accuracy and timeliness. - Coordinate lead distribution and ensure prompt follow-up by Sales Counselors. - Schedule appointments, confirm tours, and manage ongoing communication with pro...
