Team Member – Part-Time Job Summary: The Team Member (TM) role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes and helps maintain an active selling culture by ensuring that all processes are held to documented company standards designed to drive sales. The TM's responsibilities require enthusiasm for vigorous lifting, carrying, moving around the warehouse-format store, and stocking. Key Roles and Responsibilities: The TM maintains a positive attitude, works with a sense of urgency, and executes all company directives, policies, and procedures accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner. The TM contributes to a customer-focused environment while providing excellent customer service. The TM performs cashier and front-end duties as assigned, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and efficiently while providing customers with a positive shopping experience. The TM processes freight, sorts, stocks products in designated areas, all store merchandising guidelines.
