EVS Porter Floor/Carpet Specialist

Job description

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the carpets, wood, tile and concrete floors, and public area furniture of the property. - Responsible for vacuuming, extracting and spot cleaning carpets throughout the property. - Responsible for stripping, top scrubbing, damp mopping, dry mopping and buffing of all wood, tile and concrete floors throughout the property - Responsible for extracting all chairs and stools as necessary - Responsible for thorough cleaning of the machinery, as necessary after assignments are completed - Reports all equipment malfunctions to the Executive Housekeeper - Performs all other duties as assigned - Must be available for all scheduled work - Must exhibit the Family Service model at all times Exemplify our core values, family style service, our mission and vision - Exemplify our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culture - Performs other job-related duties as assigned - Ability to understand written English to read caution signs, safety notices, chemicals and Supervisor’s instructions - Must be able to understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures - Skill in establishing and maintaining effect...
