THE JOB: As Executive Sous Chef at Libertine Social inside Mandalay Bay, you’ll lead the kitchen in delivering exceptional food quality while creating an engaging, high-energy dining experience. Through your leadership and genuine hospitality, you’ll connect with guests, anticipate their needs, and turn every visit into a memorable “WOW” moment that lasts far beyond their stay. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Lead and oversee daily restaurant kitchen operations, fiscal budgets, labor productivity, scheduling, inventory control, guest service standards, and execution and development of menu strategies to produce short-term profitability.
