The Line Cook works efficiently, safely and quickly producing high-quality food and ensuring guest satisfaction. The Line Cook maintains a safe and clean work environment. - Regular and predictable attendance is expected and required. All Cleveland Metroparks employees must be prepared to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as required. - Prepares quality food according to standardized recipes. - Maintains a clean, safe facility that fall in line with local Health Department Regulations. - Adheres to portions and preparation guidelines for cost effectiveness. - Reviews and adheres to schedule. - Takes care of guests needs and food orders/specifications with immediacy and accuracy. - Ensures compliance with Health Department codes and regulations. Qualifications: Work Schedule: Variable hours, must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Application Deadline: Open until filled - High School diploma or equivalent required.
