Black Box is expanding our national data center footprint — and we’re searching for a dynamic Regional Safety Manager who is ready to take charge in fast paced high stakes construction environments. This is a critical, leadership role responsible for steering Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) operations, and building a proactive safety culture. Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee safety compliance, risk management, and environmental protocols across multiple sites within a designated region. Key responsibilities include conducting site audits, leading incident investigations, implementing regulatory training (OSHA, EPA), and driving regional safety performance. Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.), conducting regular site visits and internal audits. Incident Management: Lead incident investigations, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
