Position Overview The Fulfillment Supervisor (Shipping & Receiving) provides frontline leadership for both inbound and outbound operations at the Obetz facility. This role is responsible for overseeing receiving, inventory movement, picking, packing, and shipping activities to ensure service levels, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency are consistently achieved. As an exempt leader, this position exercises independent judgment in labor deployment, workflow coordination, dock scheduling, and performance management across both inbound and outbound functions. This role plays a critical part in maintaining throughput, protecting inventory integrity, and ensuring on-time order fulfillment in a high-volume environment.
