Technical Editor The Opportunity: Edit technical documentation, user manuals, and sales and training literature. Apply basic principles, theories, and concepts, including limited industry knowledge. Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity, and refer more complex issues to higher levels. Work under direct supervision. You Have: - Experience writing and editing compelling technical documentation such as reports, letters, and briefing materials - Knowledge of using Micro sof t Office programs such as Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat - Ability to edit content from other contributors to ensure consistent voice, compelling and compliant messaging, and lack of spelling, typographical, and grammatical errors - Ability to obtain a Secret clearance - Bachelor’s degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information . - Experience using and modifying styles, cross references, and Table of Contents development in Micro sof t Word - Experience working with technical and functional delivery teams on technical documentation - Knowledge of government information systems o...
