Overview Prosci is proactively building a bench of experienced Change Advisors to support upcoming client engagements . While we may not have an immediate project available today, we anticipate near‑term demand and are looking to connect with change professionals who can be client‑ready when engagements launch . This opportunity is ideal for consultants who want to be considered for future project-based work and are comfortable operating as independent contractors .
