Our team of AI researchers and company builders come from DeepMind, OpenAI, Google Brain, Meta, Character.AI, Anthropic and beyond. AI policy is being written in real time. This is the most consequential technology policy moment in a generation — and Reflection AI is at the center of it. We're looking for a hands-on federal affairs professional to lead our engagement across Congress and the Executive Branch. This is a direct lobbying role — you'll be on the Hill executing, not just advising from the sidelines. You'll own Reflection AI's federal legislative agenda, drive strategy and execution, and build the relationships that turn policy goals into wins.
