Job description

Job Description: An opportunity for a legal counsel has arisen within Airbus operations in Getafe, Madrid. - Provide proactive business orientated and cost effective legal advice and services to company’s Functions (procurement, customer services and support, programs, business development, and engineering in different transactions in the following areas: company governance, delegations of powers, powers of attorney, M&A and cooperation, subsidiary management, litigation, competition and antitrust, trade, documents management, contracts drafting and negotiation, Intellectual Property, IT, R&T and R&D and environment. - Support company’s business activities through legal trainings, provision of legal advice, structuring, drafting and negotiation support to Functions. - Draft or support to the drafting of standard documentation and draft legal processes. - Be an entrusted business partner, involved in the mitigation of legal risks. - Together with the litigation team, manage and resolve pre-litigation and litigation cases. - Ensure regular information and reporting to company top management of (i) legal risk or liability issues and propose and manage mitigation or corrective actions...
