Postdoctoral Research Fellow (Hagan) Systems Immunology

Job description

The Hagan Lab is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow to lead the computational analysis of multi-dimensional immune response data generated from human norovirus challenge studies. The fellow will integrate and analyze transcriptomic (RNA-seq), flow cytometry, cytokine, and serological datasets to define early innate immune signatures and identify predictors of adaptive immune responses. This position will involve applying statistical modeling and machine learning approaches to high-dimensional datasets, developing reproducible analysis pipelines, and collaborating closely with immunologists and clinical investigators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computational biology, bioinformatics, or a related field, with experience in omics data analysis and proficiency in programming languages such as R or Python.
