Position Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all physical operations of the community, ensuring that the property is well-maintained, safe, and fully functional. This role leads the maintenance team, coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance, manages vendor relationships, and ensures compliance with Bonner Carrington’s standards as well as federal, state, and local requirements. The Maintenance Supervisor works closely with the Property Manager to support resident satisfaction, control expenses, and sustain the community’s long-term value.
