Part Time Position: The shifts vary, 8-4:30, 8:30-5 or 9:30-6 for the 8 hour days and 8-2, 8:30-2:30 or 9:30-3:30 for the 6 hour day (Monday 8 Hours, Tuesday 6 hours, Friday 6 hours) Pay Rate: $22/Hour: Location: Port Jeff Station: The Patient Access Representative is the first point of contact for patients, delivering outstanding service and support. Primary responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving patient inquiries, and ensuring a positive patient experience, while working closely with the team to meet performance goals and contribute to the overall success of the Patient Access Department.
