Financial Analyst II- Supply Chain Due to an internal promotion, we are hiring a Financial Analyst II to support the Hillsboro, WI butter factory. In this role you will also play a key role in the reporting and analysis of consolidated Dairy manufacturing results across all locations to the VP of Manufacturing. This role requires a blend of financial expertise, analytical capabilities, and presentation skills to communicate in a concise and informative manner to assist leaders with decision-making. This role is located at our Arden Hills, MN Corporate headquarters in office each week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Key Responsibilities Include: Serve as Plant Controller for Hillsboro, WI butter manufacturing facility. Provide analysis of key plant performance metrics, sharing insights with plant operations leadership of performance trends. Ensure policy compliance with monthly tracking and analysis of raw material and finished good shrink to provide leadership insights. Prepare the annual business plan and forecasts for the plant operating departments.
