Cable Inventory Specialist - Permian

Job description

- Manage and account for all inventory (Company Owned and Customer Owned) across multiple warehouses and field service locations - Enter all cable paperwork and transact inventory usage for cable - Regularly verify & count inventory as inaccuracies are reported or requested - Perform investigative duties to discover route cause for inventory errors and develop corrective action plans - Manage inventory transfer process between facilities - Manage inventory movement and supporting documentation - Audit locations and perform cycle counting in Warehouse and Yard Locations as well as Customer Owned Cable - Ability to build relationships with multiple departments and meet the demands of each as they pertain to inventor - Coordinate with Regional Inventory Manager to improve inventory reporting methodology - Incorporate inventory controls to enhance inventory accuracy - Institute best practices as they relate to inventory management - Recognize and suggest improvements to eliminate inventory errors - Ability to adjust work schedule and/or work overtime to accommodate both shifts & overtime - Other duties as assigned
