Job description

Description Summary: Responsible for total nursing care of assigned patients in the medical/surgical area. Patients range in age from infants through geriatrics. Responsible for providing care to patients with medical, surgical, and minor psychiatric problems. Renders safe patient care while maintaining a clean and safe patient environment. Utilizes the nursing process to provide quality care to patients in a holistic manner. Provides care to the Swing Bed Program patients in compliance with Critical Access Hospital Standards for provision of care.
