Position Summary Leads the planning and preparation phases of the Turnaround (TAR), ensuring timely execution and efficient use of resources to support safe, cost-effective outcomes.Provides accurate and timely progress reports for TAR execution, including schedule performance, cost forecasts, budget alignment, risk tracking, and key metrics.Drives productivity and asset efficiency by minimizing delays and downtime through effective planning and scheduling practices. Position Responsibilities: - Maintains accurate progress reports with schedule, cost, budget, risk, and performance metrics. - Ensures work plans are properly scoped and resourced, including materials, documentation, and regulatory requirements. - Oversees procurement and delivery tracking of all required items. - Supports craft teams by coordinating additional resources for scope changes. - Validates manpower, tools, materials, and equipment readiness before execution. - Develops contingency plans to minimize plant risk during shutdowns. - Leads planning and reporting of emergent work, including material procurement. - Responsible for the day-to-day management, coordination, and performance oversight of Turnaround/Out...
