Tasks JIRA Support-Developer Location:Paris, France (Hybrid): Project Start Date: 12months+ contract with possible extension Objective : Provide operational and enhancement support for the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) to ensure platform stability, scalability, and alignment with business and IT processes. Activities: - Administer and support Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management platforms - Design and maintain workflows, schemes, permissions, and configurations - Implement and maintain automation to reduce manual effort - Support incident, request, agile, and portfolio use cases - Build and maintain dashboards and reports for operational and management needs - Manage integrations with external tools (e.g., CI/CD, ITSM, reporting tools) - Ensure platform governance, documentation, and best practices - Provide L2/L3 support and collaborate with vendors and internal teams - Support Tech Operating Model, enabling transitions, migrations and support audit activities Key deliverables: The resource will support ongoing operations, configuration, and evolution of Atlassian tools, enabling teams to effectively manage demand, delivery, service opera...
