JOB DESCRIPTION: The Germans Trias i Pujol Research Institute (IGTP) is seeking an Innovation Project Manager to join the Innovation Unit at IGTP, with the aim of supporting the identification, development, and implementation of innovative projects in the healthcare field. The selected candidate will be involved in the end-to-end management of R&D&I projects, from idea generation to transfer and/or implementation, working closely with researchers, clinicians and external partners.The role includes coordinating multidisciplinary teams, preparing and monitoring funding proposals, and supporting technology valorization and transfer activities. This position is key to fostering a culture of innovation within the institute and contributing to the real-world impact of research in the healthcare system.
