Commercial Account Handler – Cork/Dublin/Galway: We are currently recruiting for an experienced, energetic and driven Account Handler in our Commercial Lines department and would love to hear from candidates who wish to further develop their career with us! Our Commercial Lines team operates on an all-Ireland basis and the role can sit in our Cork, Galway or Dublin offices. What you will do: - Provide full insurance broking services to our customers e.g. issuing renewal documentation including renewal comparisons and market research to ensure the best terms, finalise insurance placements and update policy schedules. - Assist in Mid-Year alterations and customer queries. - Assist with claims handling. - Ensure New Business/Renewal targets are achieved. - Identify new business opportunities and follow up by issuing quotations to the customer. - Develop strong relationships with customers and support them with any queries, making suggestions to them to improve their cover arrangements. - Maintain good file management and documentation to ensure co...
