The Role Most firms talk about AI. Few have a concrete plan to build it into how they work. Intrinsic is in the second group. We are at an inflection point: strong AI tools exist, our team is ready to adopt them, and the gap between where we are and what is possible is genuinely closeable. This fellowship exists to close that gap. You will work directly with senior leadership to translate our AI roadmap from ideas into deployed, functioning workflows — tools our deal teams, advisory practitioners, and support functions will use every day. This is not a research role or a sandbox project. The work is applied, and the outcomes are real. By the end of the program, you will have built and deployed AI agents, documented workflows that outlast the fellowship, and left Intrinsic measurably more capable than when you arrived.
