Description Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Digital Transformation Group within a dynamic banking environment. This role plays a critical part in advancing strategic initiatives that modernize operations, enhance data capabilities, and drive innovation across the organization. This position reports directly to the SVP, Digital Transformation and requires a high degree of professionalism, accountability, and independent execution. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced environment while supporting senior leadership initiatives. The role will initially be performed in a remote capacity, with a preference for candidates located in or near the Orange County area, as the position is expected to evolve to include regular in-office presence over time.
