Brown & Brown is seeking a Commercial Lines Producer to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ . In this role, you will be placed in various departments to assist in those particular activities and duties in order to gain technical knowledge and learn processes and procedures of Brown & Brown. You will also be given various training and educational opportunities during the training program. The overall objective is to be prepared to move into a sales position as a Producer at the conclusion of the training program.
