Position Summary: The Facilities Maintenance & Guest Support position provides varied semi-skilled work in coordinating facility projects and various facility related tasks at The Salvation Army buildings at the Torrance Corps. The employee filling this position performs manual and semi-skilled work. Assignments include routine maintenance, up-keep of buildings, up-keep of vehicles, upkeep of facility appearance, and other responsibilities as assigned. The position also groups to handle set-up, logistical support, and guest relations for rental groups in coordination with the Campus Director.
