Job Description Quality Control Specialist - Marshall, MN Job Summary: This position is responsible for supporting the plant QC lab. As outlined by the facility QC Lab Manager, this position will help manage and facilitate key functions of the QC lab. Functions include, but are not limited to – data inputs and outputs, sampling and testing programs, technician training and proficiency, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and instrument maintenance. Primary Job Functions: - Support the QC lab Safety program and help facilitate ADM Safety initiatives - Train, lead and develop laboratory technicians in all aspects of in-process and finished product testing - Develop, implement and maintain laboratory records and procedures adhering to applicable food/feed standards and regulations, as well as ADM Quality initiatives - Assist with facilitation of day-to-day lab operation - Standardize, maintain and optimize QC lab data inputs and outputs - Maintain laboratory instrumentation - Routine evaluation and follow-up on lab data outputs - Facilitation of continuous improvement projects for QC - Assist in review and optimization of analytical testing schedules and models for both int...
