Department: 02350 AAH Good Hope - Rheumatology Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 34 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Mondays at Brookfield Clinic 8:00am - 5:00pm, Tuesdays at Good Hope Road Clinic 8:00am - 5:00pm, Wednesdays off, Thursdays at Mayfair Road Clinic 8:00am - 5:00pm, Fridays at Good Hope Road Clinic 8:00am - 5:00pm. No evenings, weekends or holidays. Pay Range: $21.85 - $36.15 Major Responsibilities: - Adheres to Medical Assistant scope of practice, follows all policies and procedures, and maintains training and competency based on area of specialty when providing patient care. - Performs rooming/visit tasks such as vital signs, medication reconciliation, medical history, health maintenance, allergy review, and screenings (depression, suicide, falls, social drivers of health, etc.). - Assists provider with or performs procedures as ordered. - Performs lab related duties such as venipuncture, specimen collection/labeling/packing, preparation of lab orders/requisitions, and results tracking.
