The Defense group at Leidos currently has an opening for an RF Design/Integration Engineer supporting the Threat Sensors portfolio in Huntsville, AL. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience in RF and electrical design for advanced RF systems that provide critical information to customers. Primary Responsibilities: The successful candidate will design, build, and integrate RF hardware and systems, develop algorithms, and conduct systems analysis across a variety of research, development, and operational tasks. The candidate will evaluate, select, integrate, and test commercial off the shelf (COTS) RF devices for forming complex RF transceiver systems. The ideal candidate will have an interest in supporting the full product life cycle from concept through prototype to production. Basic Qualifications: - Typically requires bachelor’s degree and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or a master’s degree with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience (degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or similar).
