Tax Resolution Services (TRS) is seeking a Tax Resolution Analyst to join our collaborative, client‑focused team. This role is well‑suited for someone looking to develop practical experience in tax and cost basis resolution while working closely with experienced partners across the organization. As a Tax Resolution Analyst, you will support and manage assigned tax and cost basis cases, helping ensure client inquiries are researched thoroughly, communicated clearly, and resolved accurately. What You’ll Do: Manage a portfolio of assigned tax and cost basis cases , working through each case from intake to resolution with guidance and established procedures. Communicate with internal partners, third‑party vendors, and clients using clear, professional written and verbal communication. Accept inbound client calls from assigned open cases. Research and analyze client inquiries to help identify appropriate next steps, escalating issues when needed to ensure timely and compliant resolution.
