What you do This role exists to bring structure and clarity to hiring across our Mobility and Insurance businesses. You’ll sit at the point where business demand meets Talent Acquisition—taking shifting, sometimes unclear hiring needs and turning them into something practical, prioritized and deliverable. You’ll help shape what we hire, where and when, while staying close to the detail and owning delivery for key roles. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working at pace, and making things happen. This would suit someone with around 5–7 years’ Talent Acquisition experience who is confident, adaptable and naturally solution‑focused—someone who doesn’t just spot issues, but works out how to move things forward.
