Overview Performs psychosocial assessment, counseling and referral of patients; provides a variety of casework and social services to patients and their families; provides patient with insurance information in accordance with Courtland Dialysis Policies, Procedures and Guidelines, OSHA, HCFA, AAMI, federal, state and local regulations.
