Location: Warsaw, Poland Hybrid model of work: 3 days in office, 2 remote per week The Portfolio and Capacity Management (P&C) Team sits within the Chief Operating Office in the Oncology R&D (Research & Development) Business Unit. The Manager, Portfolio & Capacity Management is a member of the P&C Team and is primarily responsible for data quality, maintenance and analysis, contributing to the development of new analytical models to support portfolio & resource capacity management. The Manager, Portfolio & Capacity Management may serve as a point of contact on all portfolio and resource capacity management tools, training and processes. Typical Accountabilities: - Provide support to key business & investment decisions: Coordinate data collection from a variety of sources and formats, providing analysis in support of optimizing resource utilization and enabling appropriate decision making. - Ensure Data Integrity & Quality : Play a key role in maintaining the integrity and quality of portfolio demand and resource data.
