About the Role: As a Product Designer at Picogrid, you will help shape how operators interact with Picogrid’s software suite in mission-critical environments. Working closely with the Design Lead, software, and product, you will be a strategic partner, driving UX/UI vision and systems design across complex, data-rich applications. You will also contribute to visual design across marketing, graphics, and product surfaces. This role is well-suited for a designer who enjoys working across multiple design surfaces in technically complex environments, collaborating closely with engineers, and maintaining high standards for clarity, usability, and visual quality.
