About the Role Under the guidance of the Chief Maintenance Supervisor, the successful candidate will oversee the housekeeping maintenance team and manage several facility maintenance contracts. Responsibilities: - Supervise in-house construction and repairs, vehicle and equipment maintenance, and maintenance of berths . - Respond to maintenance service requests from tenants and facility staff. - Review drawings and contract specifications. - Manage maintenance contracts related to recycling, air monitor maintenance, and refuse. - Maintain CDL records and schedule CDL and Respirator Fit Test appointments for staff. - Serve as a back-up for other field supervisors during absences or emergencies. - Incumbent will also be the primary supervisor for snow coverage on his/her assigned shift.
