Job Description: The Specialty Product Advisor – FQHC / Primary Care brings deep hands-on experience in community-based care delivery and practice operations to inform and guide product strategy. This role partners closely with product management, design, and development teams to ensure solutions reflect the realities of safety-net, value-driven, and high-volume care environments. This role engages directly with clinicians, care teams, administrators, and staff to represent the voice of the field and translate FQHC and primary care needs into scalable product capabilities. The advisor serves as a trusted voice to customers and an internal partner, helping shape solutions that support longitudinal, whole-person care.
