Description Position Function: The Development Database Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely management of donor and gift data within Bloomerang CRM. This role supports the Development Department by ensuring data integrity, processing gifts and acknowledgments, and providing essential reporting and administrative support. As an integral member of the Development team, this position plays a key role in maintaining a reliable donor database that drives fundraising strategy, enhances donor engagement, and supports overall organizational growth. Education Requirements: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience Requirements: 1-2 years data entry and clerical; proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook); and Bloomerang or other fundraising/database software. Possess accurate typing and proof-reading skills as well as communication skills both oral and written. Functional Requirements: Must perform accurate and timely data entry duties related to the donor database. Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
