Fellowship Alliance Chapel Church Profile Fellowship Alliance Chapel (FAC) seeks an experienced Senior Pastor to lead our established congregation of 1,200+ in Medford, New Jersey. This role offers the opportunity to build upon 40+ years of ministry while providing strategic leadership through facility stewardship and growth. Position Overview: The Senior Pastor will provide primary preaching and teaching, lead strategic planning, oversee 20+ staff, and partner closely with the elder board on major organizational initiatives including debt reduction and facility optimization. The ideal candidate values collaborative leadership and thrives in a team-oriented governance environment. Leadership Structure: The Senior Pastor serves in collaborative partnership with a plurality of elders who provide governance oversight and spiritual guidance. This team-based leadership model emphasizes mutual accountability, shared decision-making, and unified vision casting. Our church is a member of the Christian and Missionary Alliance with an annual operating budget of ~$4M. FAC stewards multiple buildings on campus plus a lake/summer day camp.
