Job Description: · Provide cost estimates for NASA RFPs for fixed price TOs for various contract Methods of Implementation (MOIs) including Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ), NASA direct, Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineer Requirements (SABER) contract, Small Task Order Construction Contract (STOCC), Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), and other Government managed institutional contracts. · Prepare cost estimates in accordance with KSC-SPEC-G-0002, Specification for Compiling Construction Cost Estimates. · Provide Fact Sheets initiating Change Orders that document the description, reason for change and cost and schedule impact to the project as necessary.
