Job Description The Project Senior Specialist, Product Change role n Mondelēz organizational structure is responsible for project managing business change initiatives – for example product innovation , pack change , quality improvement , limited edition - from project initiation through to implementation & launch. This role is part of our Bakery category which gives you a unique chance to work with such brands as Oreo, Milka, 7Days, Tuc, Barni. This role interfaces extensively with Consumer Marketing, Customer Development / Business Planning, Finance, RD&Q, Quality, Legal, Consumer Insights and all functions within Global Supply Chain (Procurement, Artwork Agency, Manufacturing and Customer Service and Logistics), to deliver projects within the specified time, cost and quality parameters.
