This position is responsible for managing workflow and driving daily operations across all applications to ensure the department effectively meets all deliverables and timelines. The manager also oversees resources and their allocation within a robust support model to ensure support services exceed customer expectations. What you will do: - Supervise the Application Informatics Analysts and other assigned staff while directing day-to-day operations. - Coordinate the efforts of staff in design, installation and support of organizational system needs and timelines.
