Overview Kimley-Horn's is seeking a Transportation Planner with 2+ years of experience to join the Fort Lauderdale, Florida (FL) office! Responsibilities: - Contribute to the production and delivery of multi-modal transportation systems planning, including data collection, analysis, and technical reporting. - Tasks and projects may include multi-modal corridor concept development, bicycle and pedestrian analysis and improvement concept development, multi-modal transportation analyses and design, transit operations planning and design, and community outreach. - Support all steps of a transportation planning project, including: - Initial data gathering and needs identification - Goals setting and visioning - Development of recommended strategies and design concepts - Prioritization and cost estimating - Development of technical and public-facing documentation and presentations - Project experiences will be diverse, as we provide services to both the public and private sectors - Perform a variety of tasks, supporting various project managers and collaborating with team members Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in a related field - Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a relevant fie...
