Job description

Here’s what you’ll be doing: - Develop project plans and lead quality improvement activities and projects. - Assist teams, departments, and service lines with implementing strategies to improve the patient experience, reduce costs, and improve patient clinical outcomes. - Work collaboratively with leadership and staff to develop, implement, monitor, and champion processes improvement activities using the PDSA/AAAHC 10 step model. - Manage incident and complaint reporting including performing investigations, identifying root cause and opportunities for improvement, and creating action plans. - Assists with collecting data, monitoring, and supporting improvement in customer/patient satisfaction. - Assists with research and development of Policy and Standard Operating Procedures as well as monitoring compliance. - Assists with AAAHC or other accreditation processes including workbook and standards compliance, development of metrics, collecting data, creating reports, and monitoring of measures related to quality, regulatory, and tribal requirements.
